ABOUT THE MONASTERY
The Monastery is a recording studio in Walnut Hills, a neighborhood with deep history in Cincinnati, OH. Housed in a repurposed centenarian church, it's been home to over a century of music and continues to welcome all types of music, from classical to folk, pop, jazz, hip hop and indie rock. In addition to capturing sounds for posterity, the studio occasionally hosts live music and other events. It was founded in 1995 by Ric Hordinski.
